Ry`s Bagels in Glassboro

Women at register very rude while taking my order, no greeting, no thank you, no your welcome. And I noticed this because we were in a long line and she was perky and greeting everyone else before and after us. Got 1 piece of Turkey Bacon broken into 3 small pieces on my egg and cheese. We stayed to eat and the table was not clean.

Usually a great place. And I wish I would give them 5 starts; but on the weekend they can't handle the value. I grabbed my order from door dash pick up and I have hair in my cream cheese.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches, especially the cheese steak ones. And the bacon horseradish cream cheese is amazing !

The food and service are great. I just wish they would have two lines. One for ordering and one for pick up. They’re always super crowded and busy so ordering ahead would help speed things up if you could skip the line once you get there.

Amazing staff! My daughter expressed her love of the rainbow bagel, and she was treated just like a princess (with an extra rainbow bagel!) Some many different varieties, so many options! They also are a wonderful company, who donates extra bagels to local shelters, and join in community events frequently!

No. I want to love this place since it is local but the employees are rude, there is hand written notes everywhere telling you what not to do, everything is sticky and the bagels have no taste, none. There are much better bagel places in the area.

No preservatives, friendly, clean, great food, great staff. Definitely give this location a try.

It's great going in there! The people are nice and there to meet your needs in what you want. My daughter loves to go there all the time. She loves the tied dye bagels with cream cheese. They make it for her the way she likes it. We love they place. Great place to eat.

Always excellent food & a nice selection. A great place for lunch that won’t break the bank. The place is neat & clean. They’re a little slow preparing the food so don’t go if you’re in a rush

The staff are very nice. The food was filling and arrived fairly quickly on a Saturday morning for a to go order.The 2 stars come from the quality of the bagels and cream cheese. My family and I grew up in north jersey close to the city. So to be fair, we have very high standard for a bagel. This did not come close. The bagel was not very well toasted, and was too soft to be considered a bagel. There were no light cream cheese options and was entirely too warm. I also found a hair in the cream cheese. We’ve lived in New England and sad to say some chains had better bagels + cream cheese. I’d have to say keep looking or drive north.

Always has the best and most fresh bagels and breakfast sandwiches. My favorites are the cheddar cheese and French toast bagels. Their iced coffee is great too! I love their maple butter and other creative cream cheese mixtures. A must try!

Staff is so accommodating.. Im vegetarian & they make me a specialty sandwich every visit. Jalapeno cheddar with a hashbrown, lettuce, tomato, and onion with cream cheese. SO GOOD. Quick and friendly service even during this pandemic. Even when overwhelmed the woman does each transaction so kind. Love this place, you cant get fresh baked, totally made from scratch bagels anywhere! 10/10 recommend. Thanks for staying open Ry's!!

Lady at the counter was kind of rude, seemed like she didn't care about her job or couldn't be bothered. Bagel was pretty good but it wasn't hot.

Staff is very unfriendly no smiles and never at the front they seem unhappy to be there. They also want patrons to tell them if it is for here or to go because as I was told”we always bag to go”. Over priced for poor service

Food was pretty good but prices are high! I called why my BLT had like 1 piece of broken up bacon, she told me its should have had 6 pieces of bacon. This happened several times though. Also I have to say they are not friendly at all inside the store or over the phone. Just too much. No customer service skills.

Seriously the best bagels in the area. I've tried other bagel shops but nobody can compare to Ry's. The employees are always pleasant and food always comes out quick. If you're in the Glassboro area, definitely stop in. Sausage egg and cheese on the cheddar bagel is my absolute favorite! 10/10 :)

20 minutes to make 1 bagel didn't even mention it when I asked about my order.

The lady at the cash register, presumably the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was annoyed that i asked for my bagel to be toasted. Then when i went to pay and handed her my debit card she let out an angry sigh and i asked if she was mad i was using a debit card and she rudely responded yes. She is an absolute miserable women and shouldn’t be in business if that is how she wants to treat a customer. I Will never ever go back. Never experienced anything like it.

Asked person at register if she was the owner, she said yes. I told her I thought she was rude , as we we were speaking , an employee came from the back , and said the best bagels in town.! I told her that it delivers bad service. The owner told me if I did not like it not to come back. This is not my first bad experience with that woman, so, I will not frequent this business again. The bagels I ordered were for my employees, the feed back I received about what they thought about the bagels was that they tasted as if they were old and defrosted! Certainly not made daily. So, bad product , bad service... no reason for anyone to support this woman.

Great place I've been coming to for over 10 years and never disappointed. Good prices and quick service. These are smaller, more dense bagels than some others, but I prefer these much more than big airy ones. Wide variety of bagel types and homemade spreads. Can never go wrong with a toasted breakfast sandwich.

Best bagels around! Breakfast sandwiches and bagels are always fresh and inexpensive. Their assortment of cream cheeses are also delicious. The staff is always kind and friendly, despite how hectic it is. Frequently crowded, especially popular with Rowan students.

The worst service ever!!! Waited 10 minutes for a toasted bagel and cream cheese , with no one else waiting outside! Asked the owner does it normally take 10 minutes for a toasted bagel !! His pompous answer Yup ! Not even an apology! The Bagels are not award winning in my opinion!! Try ShopRite!!!!!!

Good food, bad service. Went here one morning when the shop was empty and placed my order for a breakfast sandwich. After I ordered my food a bunch of construction workers came in and ordered breakfast sandwiches too. Cashier decides to prioritize their order without informing me. A transaction that typically takes 5 minutes ended up being 30 minutes and the cashier was rude to me when I inquired about my order. I was a regular customer not anymore.

Great prices and I am so excited that they have flavored butter. The bagels themselves taste like homemade brick oven bagels and the woman that works there is so nice. Good experience

Bagels are delicious. Customer Service is poor. I ordered 5 bagels and only received 4 so I called to see if they would do anything for me and they were very rude and basically implied that it was my fault. Unfortunate because their food is good, but I won't be going back anytime soon.
